Happy to announce we have another preview build for you to check out. It’s available on the same URL of https://preview.livecode.com/.

Notable mentions in this preview…

  • Hover state on some IDE icons - This is WIP and part of improving the experience of using the product.
  • Settings page with sync to WAS - This means that if you change your preferences for script editor or tools palette etc from the settings panel, it will be remembered for previous sessions.
  • All Script Editor auto assist features implemented - This is WIP - You can now have your script explained, you can request an edit on your script, you can request for your script to be commented, and you can request for it to be cleaned up.
  • Copy paste now works with multiple lines selected in the Script Editor
  • Tabs now works as expected
  • Some fixes to property inspector properties/layout
  • Log out implemented
  • You can now login to LiveCode Create with FireFox

Actually none of the icons in the script editor works for me

Yes, so first of all the magic wand in the script editor needs to be toggled on.

Once it’s on, when you select script you will be presented with the AutoAssist button, clicking that will give you access to the AutoAssist AI features
