Container controls (I tried group and wrap) default to ‘opaque’ - not sure that’s a good default.
The ‘wrap’ container remains (mostly) opaque even after I click off the ‘opaque’ checkbox.
After being placed, I can’t click-drag the ‘group control’ - though I can move the ‘wrap’ one. BUT if I then drag a button into the wrap, I can no longer move it by click-drag. Even after deleting the button, it remains unmoveable (thought arrow controls still move it).

When you say the wrap container remains “mostly opaque” after unchecking the opaque property what do you mean by that?
I also can’t reproduce not being able to move groups after placing them. What is the behaviour in this instance? Is it that the group can be moved but snaps back into it’s last position when moving it? Or that you can’t drag it at all?
If it is the former you likely have a responsive layout setting active that is locking the object/group in it’s place.
