I was working on a web application, using both the desktop and web version of Create. Eventually, I could not open my project, and it rendered most of the Create functions unusable. I could not even create a new project beside the corrupted one. I would sometimes work on the desktop version on another computer, save the changes, but not close application. and then open the project again from another computer to work on the project again. I believe this is how the project became corrupted. I had to delete project all together and start over.

Thanks for the report @Agreaves sorry to hear you’ve lost a lot of the work you completed. We’re aware of issues with projects getting locked and losing data and are trying to get to the bottom of it. For now we recommend exporting your project at regular intervals just so you have a backup if saving with the cloud goes wrong. Apologies for any inconvenience.
