It seems that it is problem to save stacks. Depending on if I open the web IDE or native, different stacks are shown and sometimes they are locked. I do save stacks with the command in the Create menu. I am using Mac Studio M1 Max 2022, macOS Ventura 13.5.1, Safari 16.1 , Chrome 125.0.6422.142 (Officiell version) (arm64) and Create DP1.

Create Native is currently not connected to our online servers and relies on data stored in your local machine’s documents folder. We are working on an update to enable online saves for Create Native, similar to Create Web.
In the meantime, you may choose to manually export stacks between Web and Native as needed.
